Things people
ask first.
Do I have to commit to an annual contract?+
No. The advertised price is the monthly price — pay month to month. You get a 15% discount if you prepay annually, which most schools end up choosing once they finish the trial.
What happens during the migration?+
We import your current student roster, fee structure, and last 12 months of attendance from spreadsheets, Tally, or whichever ERP you're escaping. Two-week parallel run, then cutover. No charge.
Is there a per-student cap?+
Yes. Starter covers up to 250 students, Growth up to 1,500, Enterprise is uncapped. If you outgrow your tier mid-contract, we just bump it on the next invoice — no renegotiation.
Do you support Urdu, Bahasa, Arabic and Bengali?+
Parents and students yes — full UI in all four. The back-office stays in English because that's what your registrar will thank us for.
How does this compare to selling hours like an agency?+
The retainer pod side of our business does sell time — but priced per outcome, not per developer. The SaaS side is fixed-price, and that's the half we'd rather grow.
